摘  要:针对弹载雷达高功耗、轻质化的发展趋势,采用相变材料提升系统热容量,并分析讨论了相变材料对热控效果的影响。首先根据应用需求设计出独立式与集成式两种相变装置;然后利用试验方法分析了不同重力方向及高热流密度局部均热措施的热控效果;最后,通过仿真方法分析了定重量和定体积条件下,相变装置对热控系统的影响。研究结果表明:相变装置可以显著抑制高热流密度器件温升,在重量体积等限制条件下具有显著优势。In view of the development trend of high power consumption and lightweight of missile-borne radar,phase change materials are used to improve the heat capacity of the system,and the influence of phase change materials on thermal control effect is analyzed and discussed.Firstly,two kinds of phase change devices,independent and integrated,are designed according to the application requirements.Then the experimental method is used to analyze the thermal control effect of local heat equalization measures with different gravity direction and high heat flux density.Finally,the influence of phase change device on thermal control system under the conditions of constant weight or volume is analyzed by simulation methods.The results show that the phase change device can significantly suppress the temperature rise of high heat flux device.The phase change device has significant advantages under the weight or volume constraints.
