摘  要:分析了数控转台液体静压轴承的基本结构、工作原理、有效承载面积和液阻,推导了数控转台液体静压轴承在毛细管节流、PM流量控制节流、恒流量多头泵供油方式下的承载能力和刚度的计算公式。结合实例,定量分析等初始供油量、等平均刚度、变初始油膜间隙下,毛细管节流、PM流量控制节流、恒流量多头泵供油时,油膜间隙对轴承承载性能和刚度的影响,为液体静压转台设计和研究提供了依据。The structure,working principle,effective area and liquid resistance of the hydrostatic bearing for CNC rotary table are analyzed.The formulas for calculating of bearing capacity and stiffness of hydrostatic bearing for CNC rotary table under capillary throttling,PM flow control throttling,oil supply mode of constant flow multi-head pump are derived.Combined with an example,the influence of oil film clearance on load-bearing performance and stiffness is quantitatively analyzed under the conditions of equal initial fuel supply,equal average stiffness,variable initial oil film clearance,capillary throttle,PM flow control throttle,constant flow multi-head pump fuel supply,which provides an analytical basis for the design and research of hydrostatic rotary table.
