摘 要:当前绞车设备需求量大,但存在因缆绳张力过大而导致绞车装置失效的问题。结合绞车在循环拖曳系统中的工作需求,设计了一种牵引和储缆功能分离的双绞车结构。介绍了储缆绞车的设计影响因素与总体结构,计算得出储缆绞车的结构参数,通过ANSYS对模型进行有限元分析,然后与同工况下传统绞车(牵引与储缆同用一个滚筒)进行对比。分析结果表明,双绞车的设置极大地减小了滚筒的应力及变形,同时又减小了缆绳间的张力,提高了缆绳的使用寿命。研究结果可为今后储缆绞车的设计优化提供理论参考。At present,there is a large demand for winch equipment,but there is a phenomenon that the winch device fails due to excessive cable tension.Combined with the working requirements of the winch in the circulating towing system,a double winch structure with separate traction and cable storage functions is designed.By introducing the design influence factors and overall structure of the cable storage winch,the structural parameters of the cable storage winch are calculated,and the finite element analysis of the model is carried out by ANSYS,and then compared with the traditional winch under the same working conditions(traction and storage cable use the same drum).The analysis results show that the setting of the double winch not only greatly reduces the stress and deformation of the drum,but also reduces the tension between the cables,and improves the service life of the cables.The research results can provide theoretical reference for the design and optimization of cable storage winch in the future.
