摘 要:对某一型号的筒状重力锚T型筋板在复杂工况下的结构进行了优化设计。通过SolidWorks软件建立不同筋板数量的重力锚三维模型,利用ABAQUS软件对模型在起吊工况下的结构进行受力分析,根据分析结果确认最优方案。分析结果表明:当重力锚筋板数量为8时,重力锚结构受力满足起吊工况要求,同时达到了经济效益最大化。The optimal design of a certain type of tube-shaped gravity anchor T-shaped stiffened plate under complex working conditions is carried out.SolidWorks software was used to establish the three-dimensional model of gravity anchor with different number of stiffeners.ABAQUS software was used to carry out force analysis of the structure of the model under the lifting condition,and the optimal scheme was confirmed according to the analysis results.The analysis results show that when the number of gravity anchor bars is 8,the force of gravity anchor structure can meet the requirements of working conditions,and the economic effect can be maximized.
