摘 要:傅里叶变换光谱仪在运输过程中受到复杂的振动与冲击,由振动和冲击引起的螺栓紧固件的松动会对其结构带来不同程度破坏。针对这一问题,采用有限元仿真对运输过程中螺栓紧固件的松动进行分析。分析结果表明:在不同运输方式下,傅里叶变换光谱仪联接结构具有足够高的动态刚度和稳定性,在运输过程中其联接结构不会发生松动,满足复杂运输过程中的疲劳寿命要求,结构具有足够的抗干扰能力。In view of the fact that the Fourier transform spectrometer is subjected to complex vibration and shock in the process of transportation,the loosening of bolt fasteners caused by vibration and shock will damage its structure to varying degrees,the loosening of bolt fasteners in the process of transportation is analyzed by finite element simulation.The analysis results show that under different transportation modes,the connection structure of Fourier transform spectrometer has high dynamic stiffness and stability,and the connection structure will not be loose in the process of transportation,which meets the requirements of fatigue life in the process of complex transportation.The structure has sufficient anti-interference ability.
