摘　　要：为提高瓶装矿泉水包装机的生产效率,便于商品的运输和搬运,以及保护玻璃杯等易碎物件,设计了一种瓶装矿泉水热缩包装机。根据矿泉水瓶相关技术要求,进行了主要执行系统元件的选取与设计,包括整体方案设计、供膜装置设计、推瓶装置设计、封压装置设计以及相关动作气压缸的选取等。该设备操作简单,技术严谨,能够有效提高瓶装矿泉水的包装效率,实现矿泉水瓶的快速包装,使瓶装矿泉水的运输更便捷,满足瓶装矿泉水包装的需求。In order to improve the production efficiency of bottled mineral water packaging machine,facilitate the transportation and handling of commodities,and protect fragile objects such as glasses,a kind of bottled mineral water heat shrinkable packaging machine was designed.According to the relevant technical requirements of the mineral water bottle,the main executive system components are selected and designed,including the overall scheme design,film supply device design,bottle push device design,sealing device design and the selection of related action air cylinder.The equipment has the advantages of simple operation and rigorous technology,which can effectively improve the packaging efficiency of bottled mineral water,realize the rapid packaging of bottled mineral water bottles,make the transportation of bottled mineral water more convenient,and meet the needs of bottled mineral water packaging.
