摘　　要：介绍了一种一次电流回路自动连接装置的设计以及各主要部件的结构特点和功能。当被试电流互感器放在预定工位后,该装置利用液压油缸的升降控制电流回路的自动断开、导通,接线过程无需人工干预。通过该电流回路的最高电流可达12 000 A以上,并且该装置一次可以同时测试6个同型号的被试电流互感器。利用该装置测试被试电流互感器各项性能指标,确实能够优化测试流程,减轻测试人员劳动强度,提高生产效率,消除安全隐患,实现一次电流回路自动连接、可靠接触。This paper introduces the design of an automatic connection device for primary current circuit and the structural characteristics and functions of its main components.When the tested current transformer is placed at the preset position,the device uses the lifting and lowering of the hydraulic cylinder to control the automatic disconnection and conduction of the current circuit,and the wiring process does not require manual intervention.The maximum current through the current circuit can reach more than 12000A,and the device can test six current transformers of the same model at the same time.Using this device to test the performance requirements of the current transformer under test can indeed optimize the test process,reduce the labor intensity of the tester,improve the production efficiency,eliminate the potential safety hazards,and realize the automatic connection and reliable contact of the primary current circuit.
