摘 要:针对柴油机气门间隙异常故障,提出一种基于振动能量重心自适应提取及阈值学习的故障识别方法。首先,分析柴油机振动多源冲击信号特点及气门间隙故障机理,采用变分时域分解方法自适应获取时域单冲击分量和振动能量重心;然后采用贝塔分布参数拟合方法,根据正常状态样本特征学习气门间隙异常报警阈值;最后,在柴油机实验台上通过调整气门间隙开展故障模拟实验,实验结果验证了所提特征的故障表征能力以及故障识别方法的有效性。For abnormal valve clearance of diesel engines,a fault identification method based on vibrational energy center of gravity adaptive extraction and threshold learning is proposed.First of all,the characteristics of diesel engine vibration multi-source shock signal and valve clearance fault mechanism are analyzed,and the variational time domain decomposition method is used to adaptively obtain single impact component and vibration energy center of gravity in time domain.Then the beta distribution parameter fitting method is used to learn the valve clearance abnormal alarm threshold according to the characteristics of the normal state samples.Finally,the fault simulation experiment is carried out by adjusting the valve clearance on the diesel engine test-bed.The experimental results verify the fault representation ability of the features proposed in this paper and the effectiveness of the fault identification method.
