摘　　要：因传统的键盘接口无法与工业控制器连接,为了降低控制系统的材料成本,实现简易数字键盘与工业控制器直接连接,设计了一款新型的可编程RS232串口式矩阵数字键盘。该键盘是以微控制器芯片为核心,微控制器不断循环对4×4矩阵键盘进行行列扫描来确定键盘数值;键盘配置有小型液晶屏,实时显示键盘数值,并通过RS232通信接口将键盘数值组合发送至外部工业控制器;使用者可以根据实际设计需求,自行修改键盘微控制器芯片内部的程序,使得键盘实现不同的RS232通信协议。Because the traditional keyboard interface cannot be connected with the industrial controller,in order to reduce the material cost of the control system and realize the direct connection between the simple digital keyboard and the industrial controller,a new programmable RS232 serial port matrix digital keyboard is studied and designed.The keyboard takes the microcontroller chip as the core,and the microcontroller continuously scans the rows and columns of the 4×4 matrix keyboard to determine the keyboard value.The keyboard is equipped with a small LCD screen,which displays the keyboard values in real time,and sends the keyboard values combination to the external industrial controller through the RS232 communication interface.According to the actual design requirements,users can modify the internal program of the keyboard microcontroller chip,so that the keyboard can achieve different RS232 communication protocols.
