12例开放性喉气管外伤的临床治疗体会

摘　　要：开放性喉气管外伤是临床常见急症,可引起出血、呼吸困难、吞咽困难、声音嘶哑等严重后果。回顾性分析了2015年1月—2022年1月东莞市大朗医院收治的12例开放性喉气管外伤患者的临床资料,总结了其治疗经验和体会。该研究认为,在喉部和气管创伤的手术治疗中,应先考虑评估气道阻塞的风险,并对损伤的严重程度进行分类,对喉软骨骨折进行复位和修复,喉功能重建及气管修复,恢复呼吸、发声功能。通过积极有效的治疗,12例患者经过急救措施无死亡,10例患者恢复正常的吞咽、呼吸、语音功能,1例患者自动出院失联,1例患者家属要求转到上级医院进一步治疗。Open laryngotracheal trauma is a common clinical emergency,which can cause serious consequences such as bleeding,dyspnea,dysphagia and hoarseness.The clinical data of twelve patients with open laryngotracheal trauma admitted to Dongguan Dalang Hospital from January 2015 to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,and their treatment experiences and experiences were summarized.This study concluded that in the surgical treatment of laryngeal and tracheal trauma,assessment of the risk of airway obstruction and classification of the severity of the injury should be considered first,with repositioning and repair of laryngeal cartilage fractures,laryngeal functional reconstruction and tracheal repair,and restoration of respiratory and vocal functions.Through active and effective treatment,twelve patients did not die after emergency measures,ten patients recovered normal swallowing,breathing and voice functions,one patient was automatically discharged from the hospital and one patient's family requested to be transferred to a higher level hospital for further treatment.
