摘　　要：突发灾害事件发生时,有效的应急药品的管理是快速响应突发性自然灾害,确保应急救援效果的基础。针对突发灾害事件发生时,采取“情景-应对”模式干预,积极协调药品管理方式方法,采取不同形式的应急药品物资储备与管理水平,更利于科学有效地规划突发灾害事件应急药品的库存结构,为建立“情景-应对”模式下应急药品储备与管理的模式奠定基础。When a sudden disaster occurs,effective management of emergency drugs is the basis for rapid response to sudden natural disasters and ensuring the effectiveness of emergency rescue.The"scenario-response"mode of intervention,the active coordination of drug management methods,and the adoption of different forms of emergency drug stockpile and management level are more conducive to the scientific and effective planning of emergency drug inventory structure in the event of a sudden disaster.It will lay the foundation for establishing the model of emergency drug stockpiling and management under the"scenario-response"model.
