摘  要:加速寿命试验是设备可靠性试验的重要组成部分,监测系统用来监测并分析设备的磨损程度,对设备的研制至关重要。主要介绍了加速寿命试验监测系统的研制过程,包括信号的实时采集、参数报警屏蔽、数据存储和查询设计。该系统使用工控机,配备NI采集卡、西门子5613通信卡和华控CAN30卡,通过OPC通信实时接收试验参数数据。系统软件采用LabVIEW语言编程,对信号进行采集处理。经过试验验证,系统信号采集实时性好,数据误差小,并已正式应用。Accelerated life test is an important part of equipment reliability test,monitoring system is used to monitor and analyze the degree of wear of equipment,which is crucial for the development of equipment.The development processes of accelerated life test monitoring system,including real-time acquisition of signals,parameter alarm shielding,data storage and query design are introduced.The system is equipped with NI acquisition card,Siemens 5613 communication card and Hua Kong CAN30 card through the industrial computer,and receives the test parameter data in real time through OPC communication.The software is programmed in the LabVIEW language to acquire and process the signal.After test verification,the system signal acquisition has good real-time performance and small data error,and has been formally applied.
