摘　　要：介绍了红外成像检漏技术原理及该技术在六氟化硫电气设备检漏工作中的应用。结合红外成像检漏技术,对缺陷数据对充气设备的泄漏原因进行了分析并提出预防措施及建议,为今后六氟化硫电气设备的运维提供了参考。The principle of infrared imaging leak detection technology and its application in the leak detection of sulfur hexafluoride electrical equipment are introduced.Combining with infrared imaging leak detection technology,the reasons for leak of gas charging equipment caused by defect data are analyzed,and preventive measures and suggestions are put forward,which provide reference for the operation and maintenance of sulfur hexafluoride electrical equipment in the future.
