摘  要:大型变压器广泛采用强迫油循环风冷,主变冷却器的可靠运行影响着变压器可用性。通过一起核电机组主变冷却器运行故障,结合主变冷却器的控制原理图,分析故障原因,总结主变油流继电器故障时的现象及对冷却器的运行影响,并针对主变冷却器频繁故障提出了合理化建议。Forced oil circulation air cooling is widely used in large transformers,and the reliable operation of the main transformer cooler affects the availability of the transformer.In this paper,based on the operation failure of the main transformer cooler of a nuclear power unit,combined with the control schematic diagram of the main transformer cooler,the cause of the fault is analyzed.The phenomenon of failure of the main transformer oil flow relay and its impact on the operation of the cooler are summarized,and reasonable suggestions are put forward for the frequent failure of the main transformer cooler.
