海水循环泵顶盖泥沙淤积问题分析及应对措施研究

摘　　要：秦山二期海水循环泵运行过程中,经常由于盘根严重磨损,出现轴封处海水泄漏现象。海水泄漏造成顶盖处泥沙淤积,导致顶盖排水泵频繁故障,曾引发海水循环泵下部油箱进水,严重影响循环水泵运行可靠性。对顶盖泥沙淤积的原因及危害进行剖析,找到相应解决方法,并针对目前依旧存在的问题寻求更完善的解决方案。During the operation of Qinshan Phase II seawater circulating pump,seawater leakage at the shaft seal is often caused by serious wear of packing roots.Seawater leakage caused sediment deposition on the top cover,resulting in frequent failure of the top cover drainage pump,which once caused water inflow into the lower oil tank of the seawater circulating pump,seriously affecting the operation reliability of the circulating pump.The causes and hazards of siltation on top cover are analyzed,corresponding solutions are found,and more perfect solutions are sought for the existing problems.
