摘 要:将铅铋合金的氧浓度控制在合理的范围内,是避免铅铋反应堆管路堵塞的有效办法。在铅铋合金的固态氧控过程中,氧化铅陶瓷球的消耗速率取决于铅铋合金对其的冲蚀速率,溶解和冲蚀是共同作用且相互影响的。在本论文研究中,设计了实验并测得冲蚀率约为6.38~7.44e-7kg/m^(2)·s^(-1)。对氧化铅陶瓷在铅铋合金中的冲蚀作用进行了数值模拟,将数值模拟结果与冲蚀实验结果进行对比,取得较好的一致性。Controlling the oxygen concentration of lead-bismuth alloy within a reasonable range is an effective way to avoid clogging of lead-bismuth cooled fast reactor.In the solid-phase oxygen control process of lead-bismuth alloy(LBE),the consumption rate of lead oxide(PbO)ceramic spheres depends on the erosion rate.On this study,erosion experiments were designed and the erosion rate was measured to be about 6.38~7.44e-7 kg/m^(2)·s^(-1).The erosion effect of LBE on PbO ceramics were numerically simulated.The results of numerical simulation were compared with the erosion experiment results and a good agreement was obtained.
