摘  要:碳化二亚胺抗水解剂能有效抑制聚酯材料水解老化,提高PET等聚酯材料的使用性能,延长使用寿命。本文选用4种含有不同类型抗水解剂的PET材料,从抗水解PET制品的颜色、力学性能、特性黏度、热稳定性、抗光老化性能、抗水解效果等方面进行评价。结果表明,应用于PET材料中,单体型碳化二亚胺抗水解剂抗水解效果最优;均聚合型碳化二亚胺抗水解剂抗水解效果优于共聚合型碳化二亚胺抗水解剂;液体型碳化二亚胺抗水解剂抗水解效果较差。The colycarbonized diimide anti-hydrolytic agent can inhibit the hydrolysis and aging of polyester materials effectively,so as to improve the performance of PET and other polyester materials,extend service life.In this article,four kinds of PET materials containing different types of anti-hydrolytic agents were selected to evaluate the anti-hydrolytic PET products from the aspects of color,mechanical properties,characteristic viscosity,thermal stability,anti-photoaging properties,anti-hydrolytic effects,etc.The results showed that,when applied in PET materials,the hydrolytic resistance of monomer type carbodiimide was the best,and the hydrolytic resistance of homopolymer type carbodiimide was better than that of copolymerization type while the antihydrolytic effect of liquid carbodiimide is poor.
