摘 要:本文针对拜耳法产生的赤泥和硫酸法钛白粉副产的废酸制备硫酸铁铝镁复合絮凝剂进行研究,实验研究发现,在原料固液比1:6、酸度30%、反应时间120min、铁浸出率达26.78%、铝浸出率达81.46%;在最佳浸取条件下加入镁盐制备出聚合硫酸铁铝镁复合絮凝剂。与市售絮凝剂相比较,聚合硫酸铁铝镁在成本、絮凝沉降效果和除浊脱色方面均有一定优势。In this paper,the preparation of iron,aluminum and magnesium sulfate composite flocculant was studied based on the red mud produced by Bayer process and the waste acid from the by-product of titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid process.The experimental study found that the ratio of solid to liquid of raw material was 1:6,the acidity was 30%,the reaction time was 120 min,the iron leaching rate reached 26.78%,and the aluminum leaching rate reached 81.46%.The polyferric aluminum magnesium sulfate composite flocculant was prepared by adding magnesium salt under optimal leaching conditions.Compared with commercially available flocculants,polyaluminum magnesium ferric sulfate has certain advantages in cost,flocculation settling effect and turbidity removal and decolorization.
