摘 要:荆门输油处洪荆线、钟荆线为在役运行多年的旧原油管线,因受到当时选线设计、技术条件、施工水平等诸多因素限制,导致原油管线在设计、建设过程中环境风险防控方面存在先天不足,针对洪荆线、钟荆线典型环境风险隐患问题,分析提出了可行的环境风险防控改进方案,总结了已成功实施的案例,旨在为类似在役原油管线提高环境风险防控及应急管理水平提供一定的参考。Hongjing Line and Zhongjing Line of Jingmen Oil transmission Station are old crude oil pipelines which have been in service for many years.Due to the constraints of route selection design,technical conditions,construction level and many other factors at that time,there are con-genital deficiencies in environmental risk prevention and control during the design and construction process of crude oil pipelines.In view of typical en-vironmental risks and hidden dangers of Hongjing and Zhongjing Lines,feasible environmental risk prevention and control improvement schemes were analyzed and proposed,and successful cases were summarized,aiming at providing certain reference for improving environmental risk prevention and control and emergency management level of similar in-service crude oil pipelines.
