摘　　要：以某城市的拟建城市主干道为背景,通过对其制定地表水、地下水、空气、声环境、生态环境、景观环境、固体废弃物污染等保护防治措施,并从施工期和运营期两个角度分析措施的环境经济效益,充分论证了拟建依托工程的建设可行性,为类似工程提供参考。Based on the background of a proposed urban main road in a city,this paper formulates the protection and prevention measures of surface water,groundwater,air,sound environment,ecological environment,landscape environment,solid waste pollution,etc.,the environmental and economic benefits of the measures are analyzed in terms of construction period and operation period,and the feasibility of the proposed project is fully demonstrated.
