摘  要:本文以石墨为阳极,钢板为阴极,二氧化锰改性活性炭催化剂为第三电极,进行三维电催化氧化预处理后,耦合活性污泥法强化去除高浓度含氟有机废水。考察了初始pH,活性炭催化剂用量、曝气量、电流密度等对氟离子、氨氮、COD去除效果的影响;确定最佳条件后,考察了三维电催化氧化耦合活性污泥法处理该有机废水的效果。结果表明,在初始pH值为7,活性炭催化剂占总反应槽40%、曝气量为3L/min,电化学氧化反应4h后,三维电催化氧化处理效果最佳。废水经过活性污泥法好氧曝气24h后,含氟废水的COD值由30000mg/L降低至19000mg/L左右,但在持续曝气中易出现发泡发臭的现象;而三维电催化预处理氧化60min后即可将废水COD从34160mg/L降至11000mg/L左右,经过活性污泥好氧曝气24h后COD低于500mg/L,实现园区纳管排放标准。In this paper,graphite as the anode,steel plate as the cathode,and manganese dioxide modified activated carbon catalyst as the third electrode were used for three-dimensional electrocatalytic oxidation pretreatment followed by coupled activated sludge method to enhance the removal of high concentration fluorine-containing organic wastewater.The effects of initial pH,activated carbon catalyst dosage,aeration volume and current density on the removal effects of fluoride ions,ammonia nitrogen and COD were investigated.And after determining the optimal conditions,the effect of three-dimensional electrocatalytic oxidation coupled with activated sludge method on the treatment of this organic wastewater was examined.The results showed that the best effect of three-dimensional electrocatalytic oxidation treatment was achieved after the initial pH value of 7,activated carbon catalyst accounted for 40%of the total reaction tank,aeration volume of 3 L/min and electrochemical oxidation reaction for 4 h.The COD of fluorinated wastewater was reduced from 30,000 mg/L to about 19,000 mg/L after 24 h of aerobic aeration by activated sludge method,but the phenomenon of foaming and odor was easy to occur in the continuous aeration,while the COD of wastewater could be reduced from 34,160 mg/L to about 11,000 mg/L after 60 min of three-dimensional electrocatalytic pretreatment oxidation,and the COD was lower than 500 mg/L after 24 h of aerobic aeration by activated sludge,which can achieve the discharge standard of the park.
