煤矿综采机械设备使用问题与完善措施分析

摘　　要：煤炭是国家的关键能源,煤矿开采、能源战略关乎国家的发展。煤矿开采领域的机械化程度是标志着国家经济发展和科技技术领域的先进性程度,当今国内的煤矿工作随着技术提升而不断优化,已经开始推广使用矿用综采设备。然而,综采设备作为开采煤矿的机械设备,由于设备自身结构性能的缺点和欠缺先进性,经常发生诸多的故障,现有的一些设备检修和故障诊断措施无法完全解除设备出现的故障,所以会对煤炭采矿过程的效率产生影响。本文中通过搜集分析综采机械设备在煤矿上开采使用环节的常见故障和缺陷,研究问题发生的煤矿综采机械内部诱导原因,提出有效检测防护提升设备性能的措施,进一步展望未来针对于煤矿行业综采机械设备的维护保养发展。Coal is the key energy of the country.Coal mining and energy strategy are related to the development of the country.The degree of mechanization in the field of coal mining is a sign of the progressiveness degree of national economic development and scientific and technological fields.Today,the domestic coal mining work is constantly optimized with the improvement of technology,and has begun to promote the use of mining equipment.However,as the mechanical equipment for coal mining,the fully mechanized mining equipment often has many failures due to its own structural performance shortcomings and lack of progressiveness.Some existing equipment maintenance and fault diagnosis measures cannot completely eliminate the failures of the equipment,so it will have an impact on the efficiency of the coal mining process.In this paper,through the collection and analysis of the common faults and defects of the fully mechanized mining machinery and equipment in the mining use link of the coal mine,the research on the internal induction causes of the problem occurred in the fully mechanized mining machinery of the coal mine,the measures to effectively detect the performance of the protective lifting equipment are proposed,and the future maintenance and development of the fully mechanized mining machinery and equipment for the coal mine industry are further prospected.
