摘　　要：环管反应器轴流循环泵是高密度聚乙烯装置的核心设备,其运行状况直接影响整个装置安全生产[1]。轴流泵泵腔及密封腔压力高,介质易燃易爆极其危险,选用安全,可靠的密封冲洗方案尤为重要。某些HDPE装置轴流泵密封采用Plan32+52冲洗方案[2]。要保证轴流泵安全长周期运行,除确保机械密封的安全性外,Plan32冲洗介质能持续稳定提供是该装置轴流泵安全可靠运行的一个关键。Loop reactor circulation axial flow pump is the most critical equipment for HDPE unit,pump operation condition directly affects the safety production of the whole plant.The pressure of pump casing and seal chamber is very high,flammable and combustible medium in the loop reactor is extremely dangerous,therefore,it is particularly important to choose safe and reliable sealing flushing plan.The axial flow pump of some HDPE units utilize API Plan32+52 flushing plan.To ensure the safe and long term operation of the axial flow pump,in addition to ensuring the safety of the mechanical seal,Plan32 flushing medium can be provided continuously and stably is a key to the safe and reliable operation of the axial flow pump of the plant.
