临床精神病学虚拟仿真病例库研发与教学应用

摘　　要：将虚拟仿真病例库引入临床精神病学的案例学习和临床实践,以缓解课堂案例督导和临床见习不断增大的压力。通过问卷调查后发现,84.38%的学生对于引入虚拟仿真案例库表达了积极意愿。将典型临床案例数字化处理后匹配见习和案例督导课,并当堂评估教学成果亦取得良好成效。课堂实践结果发现,匹配案例教学的班级满分率和平均分更高,且对于学生的知识掌握效率有助益,表明虚拟仿真案例库的应用在缓解课堂教学和临床实践压力的同时可以提高教学质量。A virtual simulation case base is introduced into the case study and clinical practice of clinical psychiatry to alleviate the increasing pressure of case supervision and clinical internship.After collecting the willingness questionnaire,it is found that 84.38%of the students have expressed positive willingness to introduce the virtual simulation case base,and have achieved good results in matching the digital processing of typical clinical cases with internship and case supervision classes.The classroom practice results show that the class matching case teaching has higher full score rate and average score.Virtual simulation case teaching is helpful for students’knowledge mastery efficiency.It can be concluded that the application of virtual simulation system trainee case database can not only alleviate the pressure of classroom teaching and clinical practice,but also improve the quality of teaching.
