摘  要:“双一流”建设是国家重大战略决策。要实现这一目标必须强化内涵建设,不仅需要一流的学科和一流的教师队伍,还需要建立一支优秀的实验室队伍,开展高水平的实验教学和创新实践,以提升教学科研水平和人才培养质量。通过对高校实验室队伍中存在的管理主体不明、人员待遇偏低、评价考核和人员激励不足等方面的工作难点进行梳理、分析,根据马斯洛需要层次理论强调的动机理论和激励策略为指导,以满足实验人员的多层次需要为激励手段,提出在健全管理制度以创造良好外部条件和制定激励政策来激发人员内驱力这两方面的工作建议,以提高实验室人员的工作积极性和创造性,为加强“双一流”高校实验室队伍和高水平大学的建设提供参考。The construction of“double first-class”is a major strategic decision of China.To achieve this goal,we must strengthen connotation construction,which not only needs first-class disciplines and first-class teachers,but also needs to establish a high-quality laboratory team,carry out high-level experimental teaching and innovative practice,so as to improve the level of teaching and scientific research as well as the quality of talent training.Through sorting out and analyzing the difficulties in the laboratory team of universities,such as unclear management subjects,low personnel treatment,insufficient evaluation,and insufficient personnel incentive,according to the motivation theory and incentive strategy emphasized by Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,and taking meeting the multi-level needs of experimental personnel as the incentive means,we put forward suggestions on improving the management system to create good external conditions and formulating incentive policies to stimulate the internal drive of personnel,so as to improve the enthusiasm and creativity of laboratory personnel and provide reference for strengthening the construction of first-class university laboratory teams and high-level universities.
