摘 要:显微成像平台建设是学校学科建设和科研发展的重要组成部分。充分利用大型仪器共享系统,建立了规范、便捷、高效的网络管理模式,显著提高了大型仪器的使用机时和管理效率。利用互联网的便利,建立网格化管理、网络化教学与培训的开放共享机制。实现远程操控仪器和线上技术学习,显著提高了教学与培训成效,构建了更加灵活、全天候的支撑保障体系。举办突出学科特点的赛事项目,在促进仪器开放共享的同时助力创新人才培养。实践表明,这些具体的措施,有效地扩大了大型仪器的开放共享程度,显著提高了显微成像平台的专业化服务能力,为科研工作的开展提供了强有力的保障。The construction of microscopy facility is an important part of university discipline construction and management development.By taking full use of the large instrument sharing system,a standard,convenient and efficient network management mode is established,which significantly improves the use time and management efficiency of largescale instruments.With the convenience of the Internet,the grid management and network teaching and training mechanism are established.The new sharing mechanism realizes remote control of instruments and online technology learning,significantly improves the effectiveness of teaching and training,and provides a more flexible and 24 hours support system.Holding events with outstanding discipline characteristics could promote the opening and sharing of instruments and help the cultivation of innovative talents.The practice shows that these specific measures effectively expand the opening and sharing of large-scale instruments,significantly improve the professional service ability of the microscopy facility,and provide a strong guarantee for the development of scientific research.
