摘　　要：Lhasa is known as the Sunshine City.When one visits Norbulingka Park in downtown Lhasa,a sculpture titled"The City of Happiness"will come into view.Lhasa deserves the name,as it has been listed as the happiest city in China for years.Smiling faces,as warm as the sunshine,can be seen everywhere in both urban and rural areas of the city limits.
