摘　　要：目的探索医疗失效模式与效应分析管理模式(HFMEA)在肺癌静脉化疗中的应用价值。方法选取124例留置中心静脉导管(PICC)置管静脉化疗肺癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组62例采用常规护理,观察组62例采用HFMEA法,两组均干预21 d后,比较干预效果。结果两组一次性成功率、置管时间以及生活质量总分和各维度比较均无统计学差异性(P>0.05),但观察组主动配合率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论HFMEA法在留置PICC置管的静脉化疗肺癌患者中效果更为显著,可规范操作流程,提高患者配合度和满意度,确保治疗工作顺利开展。Objective To explore the application value of medical failure mode and effect analysis management model(HFMEA)in intravenous chemotherapy for lung cancer.Methods 124 patients with lung cancer undergoing intravenous chemotherapy with PICC indwelling catheter were prospectively selected and treated from November 2021 to November 2022.They were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(62 cases)were treated with routine nursing,and the observation group(62 cases)were treated with HFMEA method.After 21 days of intervention,the effect of intervention was compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in one-time success rate,catheterization time,total score and dimensions of quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05),but the active cooperation rate of the observation group(98.39%)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion HFMEA is more effective in patients with intravenous chemotherapy lung cancer with PICC indwelling.It can standardize the operation process,improve the cooperation and satisfaction of patients,and ensure the smooth development of treatment.
