摘　　要：随着城镇化不断提质加速,城市现代化建设步伐日益加快,如何打造形象鲜明、独具特色的城市空间,营造美好、健康、宜人的生活环境,实现历史文脉传承、空间结构优化,是国土空间规划体系下总体城市设计关注的焦点与重点。文章梳理总结了新时期总体城市设计的内涵与新要求,阐述了安国市总体城市设计编制背景,对城市现状及存在问题进行分析,构建了与国土空间规划衔接、以《国土空间规划城市设计指南》(TD/T1065-2021)为引领,从设计提质和管控增效出发,实现“两转变”“两突破”的城市设计思路,并提出相关优化策略,力求在实现城市空间功能的同时提升城市品质和居民幸福感。As urbanization and modernization speeds up,overall urban design in the system of territorial space planning shall highlight characteristic urban space,healthy and beautiful living environment,historical context inheritance,and spatial structure improvement.Based on the connotation and new requirements of overall urban design in the new period,the paper expounds the background of the overall urban design of Anguo city,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the city,builts an urban design idea of"two transitions"and"two breakthroughs",which is connected with the territorial space planning,guided by the Urban Design Guidelines for Territorial Planning,and puts forward the relevant optimization strategy,strive to realize the function of urban space while improving urban quality and residents'happiness.
