摘　　要：醇类消毒剂是实验室最常见、使用量最多的广谱中效但具有中等危险性质的化学消毒剂。正确使用、安全储存、合理处置醇类消毒剂,是实验室运行和管理的重要内容。本文综述了国内外醇类消毒剂的卫生标准要求、应用范围、使用方法、消毒原理及最新研究进展,旨在为实验室检测人员、管理者及研究人员提供参考。The alcohol-based disinfecants are the most commonly used chemical disinfectants with broad spectrum and medium-level germicidal ffect but with medium-level hazardous characteristics in the laboratory.It is an important and necessary task in labs to use,store and dispose them properly and scientifically.Based on the domestic and foreign references,this paper summarized the hygienic standard requirements,application range,usage methods,disinfection principles and the latest research progress of alcohol-based disinfectants,aiming to provide reference for laboratory workers,administrators and researchers.
