银花含片清咽功能的动物实验研究

摘　　要：目的评价银花含片是否具有清咽作用。方法设银花含片低、中和高3个剂量组和溶剂对照组,给小鼠、大鼠分别经口连续灌胃30 d,采用小鼠耳肿胀实验、大鼠足趾肿胀和大鼠棉球植入实验检测相应功效学指标。结果高剂量组大鼠致炎后肉芽肿重量(240±37)mg,明显低于溶剂对照组(319±51)mg;中剂量组大鼠2 h足趾肿胀率为(33.1%±17.4%),高剂量组1、2、4 h足趾肿胀率分别为(42.6%±20.9%)(24.8%±24.3%)(28.9%±14.5%),均明显低于溶剂对照组(1 h:66.5%±22.2%;2 h:57.3%±23.0%;4 h:49.4%±16.7%);中、高剂量组小鼠耳肿胀率分别为(28.4%±15.9%)(26.0%±12.8%),均明显低于溶剂对照组(42.2%±13.4%)(P均<0.05)。结论银花含片在动物实验中具有清咽作用。Objective To evaluate whether Yinhua buccal tablets have the function of clearing throat.Methods Three dosage groups of low,medium and high Yinhua buccal tablets and solvent control group were set up.Mice and rats were given oral gavage for 30 days,respectively.The corresponding efficacy indexes were tested by mouse ear swelling test,rat toe swelling test and rat cotton ball implantation test.Results The weight of granuloma after inflammation in the high-dose group was(240±37)mg,significantly lower than that in the solvent control group(319±51)mg;The toe swelling rate of rats in the medium dose group was(33.1%±17.4%)in 2 hours,and in the high dose group it was(42.6%±20.9%)in 1 hour,(24.8%±24.3%)in 2 hours and(28.9%±14.5%)in 4 hours,which were significantly lower than those in the solvent control group(1 h:66.5%±22.2%;2 h:57.3%±23.0%;4 h:49.4%±16.7%);The ear swelling rates of mice in the medium and high dose groups were(28.4%±15.9%)and(26.0%±12.8%),respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the solvent control group(42.2%±13.4%).Conclusions Yinhua buccal tablet has the effect of clearing throat in animal experiment.
