摘 要:行动学习促进了MBA教学在解决实践问题中实现有效学习,但囿于资源限制、实施落地较困难等原因,目前没有得到推广和普及,特别是一些地方高校采用应用行动学习法面临诸多障碍。在对行动学习法研究内容归纳、与传统教学模式比较的基础上,以地方高校安徽财经大学为例,从旧有教学模式根深蒂固、行动学习组织形式相对复杂等方面分析MBA教学应用行动学习法的障碍。最后,从调整培养目标,重构能力体系;协调各方资源,争取广泛支持;规避自身短板,定位项目选择;创新旧有方式,采用混合方法;采纳行动学习,打造教学团队等五个方面提出相应的对策。Action learning promotes MBA teaching to achieve effective learning in solving practical problems.However,due to resource constraints and difficult implementation,it has not been promoted and popularized.In particular,some local colleges and universities face many obstacles in adopting the application of action learning method.On the basis of summarizing the research content of action learning method and comparing with traditional teaching mode,this paper takes Anhui University of Finance and Economics as an example,and analyzes the obstacles in the application of action learning method in MBA teaching from the aspects of deep-rooted old teaching mode and relatively complex organizational form of action learning.Finally,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from five aspects of the adjustment of training objectives to reconstruct the ability system,coordinating resources of all parties to seek extensive support,avoiding their own shortcomings to position project selection,innovating the old way to adopt the mixed method,adopting action learning to build a teaching team.
