精细注水在渤海某油田J区的应用研究

摘　　要：渤海某油田J区为渤海湾典型的湖相三角洲稠油油田,主力开发层系为东营组下段的Ⅰ和Ⅱ油组,纵向上可细分为8个小层,平均地层原油黏度为291 mPa·s。在纵向上、横向上存在多个油气水系统。常规注水开采影响整体水驱油的效果,各种矛盾在油田进入高含水期后更加突出。为实现油田高效开发,减小层间矛盾影响,对注水井实施分段防砂,并根据油井每月的产液量,利用KH法劈分到各小层,计算出对应层段的配注量,实现了对区块单井和单层理论上的分层配注。精细注水改变了油田开发指标,控制了油田含水上升,减缓了油田自然递减,使区块连续3年自然递减为零,取得了较好的降水增油效果,为相似油田的开发提供了经验。Block J of an oilfield in Bohai Bay is a typical lacustrine delta heavy oil reservoir in Bohai Bay.The main development strata are the I and II oil formations in the lower Dongying Formation,which can be subdivided into 8 small layers vertically,and the average formation crude oil viscosity is 291 mPa•s.There are many oil,gas and water systems in the vertical and horizontal directions.Conventional water injection production affects the overall effect of water drive,and various contradictions become more prominent when the oilfield enters high water cut stage.In order to achieve efficient development of oilfield and reduce the impact of interlayer contradictions,sand control is implemented in sections for water injection wells.By using the KH method,monthly liquid production of oil wells is split into each small layer,the injection allocation of corresponding layer is calculated,thus the theoretical layered injection allocation of single wells and single layers in the block are realized.Fine water injection has changed the oilfield development index,the rise of water cut in the oilfield is controlled,and natural decline of the oilfield has slowed down,natural decline of the block has been zero for three consecutive years.The method has achieved good effect of precipitation and oil increase,which provides experience for development of similar oilfields.
