摘  要:桩古斜411井是胜利桩西潜山油藏的一口探井,该区块为高温低压油藏,前期使用的低密度低固相钻井液高温稳定性差,在钻井过程中,易出现流变性调控难、电测遇阻及储层污染严重等难题。针对该区域的地质特征和钻井要求,研发出抗高温低固相钻井液,并进行室内评价实验。实验结果表明,形成的钻井液抗温≥200℃,具有黏度低、切力高、稳定性强等优点,同时体系封堵性能强,滤失量小,能最大程度地减少钻井液固相颗粒和滤液进入储层,滤液表面张力≤26 mN/m,水锁损害小,渗透率恢复值≥90%。现场应用表明,桩古斜411井施工过程中没有出现严重的复杂情况,电测一次成功率均达到100%。平均机械钻速为9.86 m/h,钻井周期提前7.75 d,有效减少了钻井液对储层的浸泡时间,体系油气层保护效果显著,试油时产油量为34 m3/d,产气量超出9 900 m3/d,增产效果明显。The Zhuanggu X-411 Well is a buried-hill exploratory well in Shengli Zhuangxi Reservoir.This block is a reservoir with high temperature and low pressure.The drilling fluid with low density and solid phase is used in previous period,the fluid has poor high temperature stability and tends to cause technical problems such as well loss,blowout and electrical survey obstruction during drilling.According to geological characteristics and drilling requirements,the anti-temperature low-solid drilling fluid is developed and evaluated in laboratory experiments.The experimental results show that the drilling fluid has many advantages,such as temperature resistance≥200℃,low viscosity,high shear force,strong temperature resistance stability,etc.At the same time,it has strong plugging performance,small filtration loss,which can minimize the drilling fluid solid particles and filtrate into the reservoir.The filtrate surface tension is less than or equal to 26 mN/m,effectively reducing the damage of water lock,and the permeability recovery value is more than or equal to 90%.The field application shows that there is no serious complicated situation in construction process of Zhuanggu X-411 Well,and the success rate of electric survey is 100%.The average ROP is 9.86 m/h,and drilling cycle is 7.75 d in advance,which effectively reduces the soaking time of drilling fluid to the reservoir.The system has a significant protective effect,and the oil production during oil testing is 34 m 3/d and the gas production is more than 9,900 m 3/d,which shows obvious effect in production increase.
