职业素养教育对体育专业大学生就业率影响的实证研究

摘　　要：为了有效培育体育专业大学生的职业素养,以提高就业率,运用文献研究法、教育实验法、问卷调查法等对职业素养教育对体育专业大学生就业率的影响进行实证研究。研究认为,职业素养教育能有效地提高学生对职业道德、职业技能、职业行为习惯和职业思想的价值认识,能有效地为学生指明学习的方向,从而对于体育专业性关联度高的职业就业率具有很高促进作用,但是对体育专业关联度不高的职业就业率影响较低。基于此,高校应加强学生职业素养教育,提高学生在体育职业方面的就业率。in order to effectively cultivate the vocational literacy of college students majoring in physical education to improve their employment rate,the study conducted an empirical study on the effect of vocational literacy education on the employment rate of college students majoring in physical education by using literature research method,educational experiments and questionnaire survey.The study concluded that the education of vocational literacy can effectively improve students'understanding of the value of professional ethics,professional skills,professional behavioral habits and professional ideas,and can effectively show students the direction of learning,thus having a high promoting effect on the employment rate of professions with high professional relevance,but a low impact on the employment rate of professions with low professional relevance in sports.Based on this,universities should strengthen students'vocational literacy education to promote students'employment rate in sports careers.
