摘　　要：对紫叶酢浆草组织培养过程中外植体的选择和处理,培养基及植物生长调节剂的选择(愈伤组织和丛生芽的诱导,丛生芽增殖、生根、炼苗以及移栽)、目前组织培养中存在的问题进行了综述,并对今后的发展进行了展望,旨在为紫叶酢浆草组培苗快速繁殖和规模化生产及种质资源的保护提供理论依据和技术基础。It summarized the selection and sterilization of explant of Oxalis triangularis in tissue culture,the selections for the culture medium and plant growth regulator(callus induction,bud differentiation,multiplication,rooting and transplanting culture)and the main problems existed at present,and the future development was prospected.The aim was to provide theoretical and technical basis for rapid propagation and factory scale of Oxalis triangularis.
