摘　　要：目的:调查精神科全封闭式管理模式下长期住院稳定期精神分裂症女性病人的心理体验,为制定针对性干预措施及优化管理提供依据及指导。方法:采用目的抽样法选取2021年6月—2021年7月广州医科大学附属脑科医院长期住院的稳定期精神分裂症女性病人作为研究对象,采用现象学研究方法对其进行半结构式访谈,运用Colaizzi现象学研究法对访谈结果进行整理、提炼、分析。结果:共提炼出三大主题,即与外界的隔离与阻碍;角色行为强化;憧憬未来,但对未来不确定。结论:精神卫生机构应结合长期住院及封闭式管理的现实背景,在满足疫情防控要求前提下,多渠道提供支持和人性化的管理和服务。面对不同需求的病人给予针对性建议,具体问题具体分析,以满足病人实际需求。Objective:To investigate the psychological experience of long-term hospitalized female patients with stable schizophrenia under the completely closed management mode of psychiatric department,so as to provide basis and guidance for formulating targeted intervention measures and optimizing management.Methods:Purposive sampling method was used to select female patients with stable schizophrenia who were hospitalized for a long time in the Affiliated Brain Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from June 2021 to July 2021 as research objects,and semi-structured interviews were conducted with phenomenological research methods.Colaizzi phenomenological research method was used to sort out,extract and analyze the interview results.Results:Three themes were extracted,namely,isolation and obstruction from the outside world;role behavior reinforcement;looking forward to the future,but uncertain about the future.Conclusions:Mental health institutions should combine the realistic background of long-term hospitalization and closed management,and provide support and humanized management and services through multiple channels under the premise of meeting the requirements of epidemic prevention and control.In the face of different needs of patients to give targeted advice,specific problems specific analysis,to meet the actual needs of patients.
