睡眠医学科常见慢性低血压病因及危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的:研究399例慢性低血压患者的病因和危险因素。方法:选取2019年1月1日至2020年6月30日宁夏回族自治区中医医院院睡眠医学科门诊确诊为慢性低血压患者399例作为研究对象,临床调查慢性低血压的病因并分析危险因素的相关性。结果:低血压有多个病因和危险因素,各个病因或危险因素依次为低血压家族史(11%)、低盐饮食(96%)、低体质(9%)、过度节食(3%)、卧床过多(85%)、低体力运动水平(75%)、降血压药物过量(8%)、抗抑郁药物应用(11%)、降血糖药物过量(2%)。低血压可由单一病因或危险因素引起,也可以多个因素引起,单病因占3.4%,多病因占96.3%。结论:低血压可由单一病因或危险因素引起,也可以多个因素引起,以多因素常见。Objective:To determine the etiology and risk factors of 399 patients with chronic hypotension.Methods:A total of 399 patients diagnosed with chronic hypotension were selected in the outpatient department of Ningxia Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 1,2019,to June 30,2020.Clinical investigation of the etiology of hypotension and analyzed related risk factors and hypotension.Results:There are many causes and risk factors in patients of chronic hypotension.The frequency of various causes or risk factors in patients is as follows:Family history of hypotension(11%),Lowed salt diet(96%),Low Body Mass Index(9%),Be moderate in eating(3%),Excessive bed in time(85%),Low level of physical activity(75%),Taken Overdose of antihypertensive drugs(8%),Taken antidepressant drugs(11%),Excessive used of hypoglycemic drugs in diabetes mellitus(2%).Chronic hypotension can be caused by a single cause or risk factor(3.4%),or by multiple factors(96.3%),Conclusion:Chronic hypotension can be caused by a single cause or risk factor,or by multiple factors,Multiple factors are more common.
