摘　　要：选用针刺疗法治疗失眠4则。拟定了2组穴位,一组主穴取心俞、肾俞穴,配穴:太冲、肝俞、安眠、四神聪、足三里、曲池、合谷等.另一组主穴取神门、太冲、足临泣,配穴:三阴交、太溪、安眠、四神聪、足三里、曲池等。选择一组穴位或2组穴位交替应用。效果突出。We selected acupuncture therapy to treat four cases of insomnia.We have formulated two groups of acupoints,one group is the main point selected Xinshu,Shenshu.Matching points were Quchi,Sishencong,Anmian point,Hegu,etc.The second group is selected Shenmen,Taichong,Zu Linqi.Matching points were Quchi,Sanyinjiao,Sishencong,Anmian point,Hegu,etc.One group of acupoints can be selected for application,or two groups of acupoints can be applied alternately.Acupuncture is effective in treating intractable insomnia.
