行为干预联合利培酮对精神分裂症患者服药依从性、睡眠质量及社会功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨认知行为干预联合利培酮对精神分裂症患者服药依从性、睡眠质量及社会功能的影响。方法:选取2018年5月至2022年5月期间泰安巿优抚医院收治的72例精神分裂症患者,根据不同护理模式分为观察组(n=37)和对照组(n=35)。分别采用认知行为干预联合利培酮治疗、常规干预联合利培酮治疗,比较2组服药依从性及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(ESCA)评分。结果:观察组服药依从率(94.59%)明显高于对照组(77.14%)(P<0.05)。干预后2组PSQI评分均下降,观察组PSQI评分明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)。干预后观察组SDSS评分中责任心和计划性、个人生活自理、家庭职能等各项内容评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用认知行为干预联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症患者,能有效提高患者睡眠质量及服药依从性,促进社会功能的恢复。Objective:To investigate the effects of cognitive behavioral intervention combined with risperidone on medication compliance,sleep quality and social function in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 72 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Tai′an Youfu Hospital from May 2018 to May 2022 were divided into observation group(n=37)and control group(n=35)according to different nursing modes.Cognitive behavioral intervention combined with risperidone and conventional intervention plus risperidone were used to compare medication adherence and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and social function deficit screening scale(ESCA)scores between the two groups.Results:The medication adherence rate(94.59%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.14%)(P<0.05).After the intervention,the PSQI scores of both groups decreased,and the PSQI scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P s<0.05).The scores of responsibility and planning,personal self-care,and family functions in the SDSS score of the post-intervention observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of cognitive behavioral intervention combined with risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia patients can effectively improve the sleep quality and medication compliance of patients,and promote the recovery of social function.
