急诊患者家属人文关怀需求与照顾能力、睡眠质量的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨急诊患者家属人文关怀需求与照顾能力、睡眠质量的相关性,旨在为急诊患者家属提高照顾能力,提高睡眠质量,增加护理人文关怀需求,为优化护理服务提出干预性的对策。方法:随机选取2022年6月至2023年2月济南市某三甲医院正在接受治疗的急诊患者家属101位作为研究对象,且101例家属均采用护理人文关怀需求调查问卷、家属照顾者照顾能力测量表(CFCTI)和匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)进行问卷调查。结果:101例急诊患者家属的护理人文关怀需求得分为(199.13±29.13)分,各维度中最高的是归属与爱的需求;CFCTI得分为(16.13±1.70)分,79例急诊患者家属的CFCTI得分为2分;PSQI得分为(17.35±1.28)分。经Pearson相关分析显示,急诊患者家属护理人文关怀需求得分与CFCTI得分呈正相关(r=0.546,P<0.001),护理人文关怀需求得分与PSQI得分呈负相关(r=-0.611,P<0.001),CFCTI得分与PSQI得分呈负相关(r=-0.490,P<0.001)。结论:急诊患者家属的照顾能力在护理人文关怀需求和睡眠质量之间起到部分中介作用,医护人员应该注重改善急诊患者家属的照顾能力,提高患者的睡眠质量和生命质量。Objective:To investigate the correlation between the humanistic care needs of emergency patients′families,nursing ability and sleep quality,in order to improve the care ability,sleep quality,and humanistic care needs of emergency patients,and to propose interventional countermeasures for optimizing nursing services.Methods:A total of 101 family members of emergency patients who were receiving treatment in Emergency Department of a third-class hospital in Ji′nan from June 2022 to February 2023 were randomly selected as the study subjects,and all 101 family members were surveyed using the Nursing Humanistic Care Needs Questionnaire,Family Caregiver Care Ability Measurement Scale(CFCTI)and Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale(PSQI).Results:The nursing humanistic care needs of the families of 101 emergency patients were scored(199.13±29.13),and the highest in all dimensions was the need for belonging and love.CFCTI scores(16.13±1.70)scores,CFCTI scores of 79 emergency patients′families were 2 points;PSQI score(17.35±1.28)points.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the score of family nursing humanistic care needs of emergency patients was significantly positively correlated with CFCTI scores(r=0.546,P<0.001),nursing humanistic care needs scores were negatively correlated with PSQI scores(r=-0.611,P<0.001),and CFCTI scores were negatively correlated with PSQI scores(r=-0.490,P<0.001).Conclusion:The care ability of family members of emergency patients plays a partly mediating role between the need for humanistic care and sleep quality.Healthcare professionals should focus on improving the care ability of families of emergency patients,improving the quality of sleep of patients,and improving the quality of life of this population.
