腐祛新生理论下多技术联合治愈臁疮1例报告

摘　　要：给予2021年8月9日湖南中医药大学第二附属医院收治的1例臁疮患者在透脓祛腐、煨脓长肉、生肌收口等腐祛新生理论下应用萆薢渗湿汤、九华膏、负压封闭引流以及湿润烧伤膏治疗,治疗5周后,创面明显缩小,患者出院,并于家中自行应用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗。出院后3周随访,创面完全愈合;出院后9个月随访,愈后皮肤未见复发。One patient with ecthyma,admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine on August 9,2021,was treated with Bixie Shenshi Tang(a Chinese herb decoction for dampness effusion),Jiuhua Ointment,vacuum sealing drainage and MEBO based on the theory of“removing putrid tissues and promoting tissue regeneration”to drain pus,remove slough,promote tissue regeneration by accelerating pus drainage,and close the wound.After 5 weeks of treatment,the wound significantly reduced in size,and the patient was discharged from hospital,and con⁃tinued to apply MEBO for wound care at home.The follow⁃up 3 weeks after discharge found that the wound was completely healed,and the follow⁃up 9 months after discharge found no recurrence of ecthyma on the healed skin.
