湿润烧伤膏联合盐酸丁卡因胶浆在肛瘘术后创面中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨湿润烧伤膏联合盐酸丁卡因胶浆在肛瘘术后创面中的应用效果。方法选取2019年9月至2021年9月寿光市中医医院收治的126例低位单纯性肛瘘患者作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法将其分为联合组(63例)与对照组(63例),联合组患者肛瘘术后创面采用湿润烧伤膏联合盐酸丁卡因胶浆治疗,对照组患者肛瘘术后创面单纯采用盐酸丁卡因胶浆治疗,对比观察两组患者术后创面愈合率及疼痛程度。结果术后第7、14、21天,联合组患者创面愈合率均明显高于对照组(t=2.358、5.116、8.790,P=0.019、P<0.001、P<0.001);术后第3、5、7天,联合组患者创面视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均明显低于对照组(t=4.526、5.994、6.742,P均<0.001)。结论与单纯应用盐酸丁卡因胶浆相比,湿润烧伤膏联合盐酸丁卡因胶浆治疗肛瘘术后创面,可明显减轻创面疼痛程度,促进创面愈合。Objective To study the curative effect of MEBO combined with Lidocaine Hydrochloride Mucilage in the treatment of postoperative wounds of anal fistula.Methods 126 patients with low simple anal fistula admitted into Shouguang Hospital of TCM between September 2019 and September 2021 were enrolled as research subjects,and then divided into combination group(n=63)and control group(n=63)using the random number table.The postoperative wounds of patients in the combination group were treated with MEBO combined with Lidocaine Hydrochloride Mucilage,while the postoperative wounds of patients were treated with Lidocaine Hydrochloride Mucilage alone in the control group.The wound healing rate and pain degree of patients were compared between the two groups.Results Respectively on day 7,14 and 21 after surgery,the wound healing rates of patients in the combination group were all significantly higher than that in the control group(t=2.358,5.116 and 8.790,P=0.019,P<0.001,P<0.001).Respectively on day 3,5 and 7 after surgery,the VAS scores of patients were all obviously lower in the combination group compared with control group(t=4.526,5.994 and 6.742,all P<0.001).Conclusion Compared with the alone application of Lidocaine Hydrochlo⁃ride Mucilage,the combined application of MEBO and Lidocaine Hydrochloride Mucilage in the treatment of postoperative wounds of anal fistula can effectively alleviate the wound pain and promote wound healing.
