摘 要:该文通过文献资料法、案例分析法等研究方法,对国内外大型体育场馆运营模式进行比较研究。研究发现,我国体育场馆经营呈现出多模式管理,并逐渐向市场化和企业模块化管理发展。与国外场馆运营的高度专业化、管理的精细化和服务的高度人性化相比,国内体育场馆管理还存在体制生硬、管理效率低、管理岗位冗员现象等问题。因此,建议优化体育场馆的管理系统,在处理好所属权与经营权关系的基础上,结合政府的专项补贴,经营者不断深入发掘体育馆内部潜力,拓展经营思路,引入科学经营管理理念、市场营销方式,使经营收入结构逐渐完善。This paper makes a comparative study on the operation modes of major sports venues at home and abroad through the literature method,case analysis method and other research methods.It is found that the operation of sports venues in China presents multi-mode management,and gradually develops towards marketization and enterprise modularization management.Compared with the high specialization of operation,refinement of management and high humanization of service of foreign venues,the management of domestic sports venues still has problems such as the rigid system,low management efficiency and redundant management posts.Therefore,it is suggested that the management system of sports venues should be optimized,and on the basis of properly handling the relationship between ownership and management rights,combined with the special subsidies of the government,operators should continues to deeply explore the internal potential of sports venues,expand business ideas,and introduce scientific management concepts and marketing methods to gradually improve the structure of operating income.
