文化自觉视角下新时代休闲体育的文化制约与重塑

摘　　要：该文选取社会文化视角,在传统文化、国家民族历史背景以及社会经济文化的流变中,分析影响当前我国休闲体育发展的文化制约因素,从传统文化传承、工作—休闲二元关系和民族心理认同3个层面,分析制约大众休闲体育参与决策与选择的文化因素,并提出重视休闲教育、政府和市场行为维护休闲赋权,积极寻求当前促进大众休闲体育参与文化制约突围的路径,重塑新时代中国特色休闲体育文化。From the perspective of social culture,this article analyzes cultural constraints that affect the current development of leisure sports in China in the flowing deformation of traditional culture,national and ethnic historical background and social economy and culture,analyzes the cultural factors that restrict the participation of mass leisure sports in decision-making and selection from three levels:traditional cultural inheritance,work-leisure dual relationship and national psychological identity,and proposes to maintain leisure empowerment by attaching importance to leisure education and government and market behaviors,and actively seek the current ways to promote mass leisure sports to participate in the breaking of cultural constraints,so as to reshape leisure sports culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
