健康中国背景下体医结合专业人才队伍建设研究

摘　　要：《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》的发布和实施,推动了体医结合的发展。体医结合是体育事业和医学事业的相互融合、补充和完善,是促进运动医学、体育保健、医疗康复、健康评估行业及学科发展的重要手段和渠道,同时也是提升国民健康水平,保障健康中国国家战略顺利推进的重要力量。该文分析了体医结合专业人才的概念和现状、所面临的问题,提出应该全社会广泛参与,共同搭建体医结合合作平台,共同促进相关工作稳步推进,从而为体医结合专业人才的培养提供保障。在此基础上,试图提出健康中国背景下体医结合专业人才队伍建设的策略。Since the introduction of the Outline of Healthy China 2030,the development of the combination of sports and medicine has been pushed.The combination of sports and medicine is the mutual integration,complement and improvement of sports and medical undertakings,and it is also an important force to improve the national health level and ensure the smooth progress of the national strategy of Healthy China.This paper analyzes the concept,current situation and problems of sports-medicine combination professionals,and proposes that the whole society should participate widely,build a sports-medicine combination cooperation platform,and jointly promote the steady progress of related work,so as to ensure the construction of medical-sports combination professionals.On this basis,it tries to put forward the strategy of building the sports-medicine professional team under the background of Healthy China.
