摘　　要：采用中等分子量的环氧树脂,添加环保型防锈颜料磷酸锌、防沉防流挂性优异且易于分散的聚酰胺蜡流变剂,匹配腰果壳油改性的酚醛胺固化剂,制得快干型底面合一钢结构防腐涂料,其固含高,VOC含量少,为环境友好型产品;其涂层具有干燥快、低温固化快、表面光泽高、保色性好、流平性佳和黏度低易施工等优点,并与底材附着力好,抗渗透性能和防腐性能优异.By using medium molecular weight epoxy resin,adding environmentally-friendly anti-rust paint zinc phosphate,anti-sinking and non-dispersed polyamide wax variable agent,and the waist-fruit shell oil modified phenolic amine curing agent,the primer-topcoat in one steel structures anticorrosive coatings with quick-drying was prepared,which was an environmentally friendly product with high solid content and low VOC content.The coating has the advantages of fast drying,fast low temperature curing,high surface luster,good color retention,good smoothness and low viscosity and easy construction,and good adhesion with the substrate,excellent permeability resistance and anti-corrosion performance.
