摘　　要：主要介绍了新车型商品化过程中各个阶段遇到的常见问题,包括新车型P1~P8阶段中的涂装质量目标、重点问题复盘、经验教训以及整车AUDIT受涂装车间材料、设备状态的影响.The common problems encountered in each stage of the commercialization process of new models were introduced,including the painting quality objectives,key problems review,experience and lessons,and the AUDIT of the vehicle affected by the status of materials and equipment in the new model P1~P8 stage.
