摘　　要：无溶剂环氧涂料作为套管外防腐材料使用性能优异,易于自动化喷涂施工,正逐步在长庆油田陇东油区大量推广使用.本文主要介绍了无溶剂环氧涂层套管外防腐管预制施工工艺,分析了影响涂层质量的工艺因素,提出了一系列质量改进措施.The solvent-free epoxy coating has excellent performance as an external anticorrosive material for casing,and is easy to be sprayed automatically.It is gradually being widely used in Longdong oil area of Changqing oilfield.The process of solvent-free epoxy external anti-corrosive coating pre-construction for the oil well casing pipe was introduced,the process factors that affect the coating quality were analyzed,and a series of quality improvement measures were put forward.
