摘 要:通过调整清洗剂组分,增加工件表面的润湿和铺展性,在除油干净的同时,保证在工件表面形成均匀的水膜,配合防锈处理可在工件表面形成均匀的防锈膜,可有效减少氮化后工件表面的残留物.经过现场测试验证,氮化后的工件残留物明显降低,有望在精密液压行业氮化处理工艺中广泛应用.By adjusting the components of the cleaning agent,the wettability and spreadability of the workpiece surface were increased,and a uniform water film was formed on the workpiece surface while the oil was removed.With the anti-rust treatment,a uniform anti-rust film was formed on the surface of the workpiece,which effectively reduced the residue on the surface of the workpiece after nitriding treatment.After on-site testing and verification,the residue of the workpiece after nitriding was significantly reduced,and it was expected to be widely used in the nitriding process in the precision hydraulic industry.
